Cancellations: 8 days prior to charter –no penalty. If charter is cancelled within 7 days of trip, 50% of charter will be charged to the credit card or deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation or No–Show within 48 hours, full charter price is paid.

Cancellation due to inclement weather is at the discretion of the captain. Full refund will be given due to weather. Rates are subject to change. Gratuity not included.
